Privacy Policy

PakNoor is a skincare and wellness companion by PakAnonymous.ORG. You can use core routine features without creating an account. This policy explains what is handled when you choose account sync, AI, prayer times, or notifications.
Information we handle
On your device: your name, routine progress, skin-type and routine-goal preferences, prayer settings, reminders, water tracking, theme, and saved AI conversations may be stored in your browser or installed app.
When you sign in: Google provides your account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image. PakNoor stores these details with your synced preferences and progress.
When you use Pak Noor AI: your message, recent conversation context, skin-type preference, and relevant routine context are sent to our server and processed by our configured AI provider. Do not include sensitive medical or identity information in AI messages.
When you enable push notifications: we store a device push-subscription endpoint and encryption keys so notifications can reach that device.
When you use PakNoor Plus: Stripe processes website payments, including Google Pay when available, while Google Play processes subscriptions purchased inside the Play Store app. PakNoor stores the applicable provider’s customer or purchase-token reference, product identifier, plan status, renewal timing, and cancellation state. PakNoor does not receive or store your full card number or Google Pay credentials.
Product operations: PakNoor records a small set of first-party events, such as checkout started, checkout completed, subscription activated or cancelled, and AI message usage. These records do not include prompts, AI responses, routine content, health details, IP addresses, or device fingerprints.
Services involved
- Google OAuth provides optional sign-in.
- Cloudflare hosts the app, server functions, and synced database.
- Groq processes AI requests when Pak Noor AI is used.
- AlAdhan supplies prayer-time calculations from the city, country, and method you choose.
- Browser or operating-system push services deliver enabled notifications.
- Stripe provides hosted website subscription checkout, billing management, invoices, and payment processing, including eligible Google Pay wallet payments.
- Google Play provides subscription checkout and subscription management inside the Play Store app.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the features you request: restoring progress, personalising the interface, calculating prayer times, responding to AI questions, applying plan access and daily AI limits, processing memberships, understanding aggregate product health, and delivering notifications. PakNoor does not sell personal information or display third-party advertising.
Retention and deletion
Device-only data remains until you reset the app, clear browser storage, or uninstall it. Signed-in data remains while your PakNoor account exists. In the app, open More → Account → Delete cloud account & synced data to remove the account record, synced data, AI usage, billing mapping, and push subscriptions. Website subscriptions are cancelled during deletion where possible; an auto-renewing Google Play subscription must first be cancelled in Google Play. Stripe and Google may retain transaction records as required for financial, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes. You can separately reset device data from More.
Security and choices
Session cookies are HttpOnly and Secure, and server endpoints validate signed sessions. No internet service can promise absolute security. You may use the app without Google sign-in, deny notification permission, and avoid the AI feature.
Children
PakNoor is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should supervise a minor’s use of skincare guidance and online account features.
